Rates are per month and $65 for a 10’x10′ and $80 for a 10’x15′.

Unit sizes are 10’x10′ and 10’x15′.

  • Owners are on premises
  • Area is fenced and gated

  • Hazardous materials
  • Stolen and illegal goods
  • Weapons and ammunition
  • Living items (and dead ones)
  • Wet items
  • Priceless and irreplaceable items
  • Money
  • Furs

  • Unregistered or uninsured vehicles

We do not provide insurance coverage for stored items, though we will offer insurance through a third party for item coverage.

  • Once papers are signed and a unit is assigned, you can move in whenever you want
  • Written notice of moving out is appreciated, though not necessary, and with the units being month to month you can move out whenever they you.

There will be a late fee, if payment is not received by the due date.

  • Payments can be made by cash (in person), checks (mailed or in person), or online with Credit card or ACH.
  • If a payment is missed, there will be a late fee.

Manager is on-site and can be reached by phone or email.

Written notice is appreciated along with the last day of renting.

If an issue arises, renters may contact the manager by phone or email and the issues will be handled in a timely manner.
